Whether that means sending you a replacement, letting you try another flavour, or providing a refund, your satisfaction is our top priority.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at hello@dayse.co. We’ll ask for your order number and the reason you weren’t completely satisfied with your product. You may also be asked to provide photos of the product or its packaging, or share additional details to help us process your request quickly and efficiently.
Guarantee Guidelines
At Dayse, we reserve the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny Guarantee requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the Dayse Satisfaction Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
